Let's just all agree that it was wrong of him to say "another space marine game"

And everyone lived happily ever after.

Warhammer is an FPS?

It sure is.

I think distilling it down to a series is not a good way to show market saturation. It's like saying the music-with-plastic-instruments genre is not over saturated because there is mainly only Guitar Hero and Rock Band. How many of each of those are there?

Here's a question: Name a setting that has more iterations in the first person shooter market? There's only WW2 and maybe modern (because of current trends). Don't try to tell me that nobody complains about there being too many of those games too.

Hi guys,

Thank you for your input and support, but could you move this discussion to another thread? This thread is mainly for posting links to Bullseye related articles. :-)

Cheers, Kenneth

Just tried it, actually I went on a 2hr massacre of targets, thx guys, very cool stuff, hope there will be all kinds of cool and scary aliens and locations and stuff! Good luck!

You also have pretty much no competition out there, besides Mass Effect 2. AVP is going to suck real bad, yours is a 2010 game, theirs is something from the early 2000's/

Alien Swarm Unreal 2 Warhammer: Firewarrior (well, its alien vs Marine) Vanquish (technically not a space marine, but still, the concept isnt far, just change the planet)

Anyway, he wasn't wrong that space marines is an old concept. Even a storm trooper from starwars is a space marine of some sort.

His point is simple, he's seen a lot of space marine based games, and so have i. They all are disappoint.(yes, son. I am disappoint. XD) So he may be biased to that point.

The selling point of this game will be gameplay and an immerse storyline. How? Make players get attached to characters or attached to the entire story. Make them go "Holy Shit!" when something exciting happens, "I want to do that again!" or "That felt good, maybe i'll try something else next time".

That "next time" is important, as re-playability is as important as content or gameplay.

I will support ZPS & AAA Indie, from their business model, to their content creation and one day i hope to help IM become a component in competitive e-sport if they allow me to, run leagues, cups, tournaments, everything. I'm sick of working with large publishers, fair share of corporate cunts in Malaysia not to mention EU/US.

If ZPS ever needs help pushing this product in the SEA regions, all they need is to contact me and i'll do it.

As for bulleye, none from my country yet. A writer i know is writing one up now :)

Will post links soon!
