I'm surprised you guys (ZPS) haven't translated and put up this interview you gave to Railgun.

Anywho, the long interview is here, it's in Danish.

EDIT: Here's the new english version.

I wouldn't mind translating the interview to english if anybody wants a more "accurate" version.

Hey guys,

I'm the interviewer from Railgun (outing myself here!) and we have an english version in our system now.

Kristian just needs to read it through an extra time before we can release that.

Hopefully it'll be out tomorrow some time. I'll update in here asap.

Stay put!

Yea, I'm sorta regretting already we didn't wait for both of them to be ready... But I assure you I'll get it out as soon as possible for all of you non-danish fans :)

really great interview! I am sure our english speaking members would love to read it as well :)

I really like the part about why ZPS choose to go for aaa indie... If those are direct quotes from the publishers i wouldnt want to trust them with funding anything either! Kinda spooky if that is the tought process of the industry to be honest...(no spoilers for the english speaking community, but be prepared to be shocked when you read it hehe)

oh and i also like the aproch to the level design - reminds me a bit of the rainbox six games.

great interview - and glad to see you got a spearhead account jocoma :)

Sweet, nice to see you here aswell.

I was thinking about translating it myself, but since the hard work have already been done, oh well.

Thanks alot, both for a great interview, and for translating it!

I haven't read the article yet (waiting on English version), but it really shouldn't surprise you that publishers are assholes, lol. ESPECIALLY when it comes to pc games.

Well, I loved the interview on Railgun so that's way I joined the community...

Right know I am considering to enlist as a Spearhead, but I think it's a bit more appropriate to make that decision after I have returned from Roskilde (for whom of you who actually know what Roskilde is!), when I know on a scale from "Icelandic style broke" to just "plain broke" how many real-life gold coins I have left to contribute to the community.

At ease Marines,

I've just talked to one of the guys at Railgun.dk and he told me that they'll be posting an English version tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, so keep an eye out for it and post a link to it on this thread if you find it first!

I signed up the first day. I like the concept and I'm an enthusiastic FPS/sci-fi player and seeing a Danish project doing as well as these guys are doing atm. made me proud to be a Danish gamer ;)

That I got the opportunity to do an interview with Kristian through my work at Railgun was just awesom. And Kristian is very thorough in his answers, so I'd encourage any fan to go read the English version of the interview.
