Im looking at buying "quite a sum" of support medals before the 31st (so not long!!) and was looking for some help to figure it out, as it is quite abit of money so double checks dont hurt!

lets say im looking at increasing how many shares i will receive to 1000, i currently have 80 medals. would this mean another 920 medals to equal the 1000? or is there some minus the first 30 thing going on so i will need more? i got abit confused there.

Also must i only buy them before the cut off (31st dec, 2011) and then the transfer email will be sent to me sometime early next year?

I have sent Gert a reply with similar questions, but i dare say hes a pretty busy man and seeing as you have the biggest number ive spotted i thought i will ask you and hope you check in the next few days! Any help is appreciated. Cheers, Aj

I'll try to answer your questions as best as I can.

You have to get AT LEAST 30 medals to get 30 shares, after that it is 10 shares for 10 medals.

If you buy AT LEAST 1000 medals, you will get 10% extra shares.

So if you buy 920 more medals, in addition to your 80 medals, you have 1000 medals total, and you will get 1100 A-shares of ZPH.

The current cut-off for getting shares for medals is 31.12.2011, and the transfer agreement will be sent to all who are eligible for shares after that.

Gert MAY extend the Giveaway, but there is no guarantee for that.

That is the reason why I will be buying several more medals before the deadline.

The latest information I have is, that after the current cutoff everyone who is eligible for shares will recieve a new transfer-certificate.

After this is signed and both it and your ID send back to Gert, the certificate should be send to everyone.

If you have already sent all the necessary ID-documents, then sending the signed certificate should be enough.

If you didn't help pushing the "shares given" counter over the 10.000 mark, which Gert said would have to be the minimum, I'm not so sure he would have extended the Giveaway.

I have a similar question and I have not received a copy of a signed agreement to send back with my information. I joined during the Kickstarter campaign which was after the quarterly deadline for share updates. So it is possible that I just need to wait.
