"The gears here at ZPS is finally at full speed again and this week the team and I have updated the Backlog with enough work to sustain at least 3 months of hard work and a few very exciting Deadlock updates.

Here is a few User Story examples from the Backlog:

"As Player I want my SMG to support different Rate-Of-Fire modes"

"As Premium I want to be able to invite friends and family to play with me in Deadlock for free"

"As Developers we want to increase transparency by exposing our business stats on our web frontpage"

Next Deadlock update is available in two week's time and includes the commitments we've put on display below (Picture)!".

"Soooo we've been planning for what seems to be ages now, but we're finally done with that and have begun on the fun part; sprinting towards Deadlock 0.1.1!

During the main planning of our current and future release backlog, I've also begun sketching out a roadmap for our website and Deadlock as a service. I've focused mainly on scalability and reliability of the current tech, with the added emphasis on upgrading the website capabilities in the areas that is most needed (Backend upgrades, CMS, search(!), forum, and SEO). With our current resources this is a pretty ambitious roadmap (seeing as we're also developing a game on the side ;)) but my hope is that by taking minor steps each sprint we'll get there eventually.".

"Its been some time since I did SITREP. Deadlock is out and everything finaly makes sense. My main commitment the last weeks has been the dynamic weather system, and a lot of gfx things that never made it into the release (we where out of time, I know it). Since new year I have been working on a light system to start utilizing the fact that we are using dynamic lights, and I did some aim code".

"Last Saturday I joined a Deadlock server for a chat on level design together with the trusty marines that happened to be online at the time. I'm not sure that the chat is the best medium for discussing these things as it can be difficult to keep focus and for me to answer a lot of questions at the same time, but it was fun none the less and the guys actually developed a nice concept of how teams could control security cameras in a level and how this could spawn some gameplay around disabling the cameras and such. So while this idea may not be relevant to Deadlock yet, I will definitely keep it in the drawer for when we get to a point where we may start developing new tactical game modes.

Other than that I have been working on my new Deadlock map and it will soon be ready to be released as iteration01. Meaning of course that it is still a work in progress but available for the spearheads to check out. I hope that Kim will have time to do a vegetation pass on it first to give it the same level of polish as his CombatRange01. I'm feeling pretty good about the layout and feel of the map and I am looking forward to see how it actually plays once the damage system is up and running. ".

Newcastle Quayside is up and coming and includes the Regulation Courts, the actual Millennium Link, the Arts Baltic Centre, and pubs and restaurants.Every Sunday morning there's a street sector. 
 
Stowell Road is Newcastles Chinatown.Restaurants to match all pockets are in this area.The Chinese New Year is normally celebrated having a colourful dragon dancing about the streets
