Love the PDA setup, the HUD in general is kind of distracting though.

I love it too.

Also, I believe you'll be able to customize the HUD in some way. I remember color choices being mentioned a while ago.

Love the PDA, I would prefer an amber or blue lighting scheme over red. but I like the idea of "looking" at my arm and seeing what's going on and where I am (all hail the mighty automap!!!)

I'm guessing Doom 3 for some reason even tho I know it's not.

And about you working naked, it's no use, I got pictures I can blackmail you with !

Looks great. I especially like that you can see around it as well, please keep it like that in the game. It's a small screen it's not like it takes up your whole peripheral view. That always made the Fallout PIP Boy so un-immersive to me that it took up the whole screen.

I just noticed it and laughed hard : ITO should mean Interstellar Treaty Organisation and there it is Interstellar Terrorist Organisation. Nice one. I guess playing rogue elements of the IM organisation would be pretty fun too :).

That one absolutely great looking datapad. I'd suggest adding upper and lower floors as translucent layers so that it's easier to navigate on vertical levels and find stairs.

D3 was my choise also, when I see the whit spot I said to myself: "Thats IDtech, with they have a demo there, I da heck they havent use it ?" ;)

Ok not at top of to do list, but dont release the game without it, thats going to be the FEATURE of IM.

Doom 3 has PDA too (though fullscreen), but this looks much more immersive. I would call it SmartPDA or IMDA (Interstellar Marines Digital Assistant).

It lookse like your playing Tetris on the background of the PDA...

I love it when devs integrate game menus into the world of the game. This is a step in the right direction. I have faith in your guys and I can't wait until this game is released.

Nice, I love the red. I'm a bit surprised that it isn't more similar to the in-development American touch-screen arm band thing though. Or did you guys know about it? :P Bending screens FTW

Looks a lot neater than having a HUD cloud the screen certainly, also means no pause breaks to avoid those land sharks!

@JerreyRough: I can imagine the dev who made this awesome concept used red because it is the color which is the 'weakest' light - ie they only use red in dark rooms (b/w photos). We don't want 'space marines' with big shiny lights on them, do we? :P

Love the HUD, it's perfect, not too bright not too dim, with some minor modifications, it could totally enter the game!
