In last weeks SITREP, ClaymoreMD asked "What are those things above the Titan walker? Looks like alien ships / weapon designs :-)" ... Well, it's actually a few early concept thumbnails of the mighty AIV Kitty Hawk creatively spawned by our old concept god Mr Von Cotta.

What exactly does 'Kitty Hawk' mean? Not sure if anyone has asked this or if it's been mentioned before.

I have to admit all the designs are excellent, the choice of the final concept could be random as anything coming from this selection would be perfect. Von Cotta really is a god.

I think the final concept is a bit too grey and the overall texture looks quite smooth.
Personally I would prefer the second-last concept. (Above the final one)

I like the final concept but it needs more depth aswell as a bit more emblems or something on the side, to make it look more official. Plus i like the one with the megalodon for a size idea.

@ luthreidrome kitty hawk was the code name of the wright brothers plane (the first plane ever to fly by man control) so its kinda paying tribute, know what I mean?

I can see the awesome ALIENS influence all over. Good job. I look so forward to this game, one of the reasons being because it reminds me so much of ALIENS.
