Well, if Siepher honor's his first post, he said he would gift it to the person who isn't spearhead with the most posts. Although, he later also said "whoever wins the contest should give it to someone who deserves it" I dunno if he said deserves it or someone who is active or something like that.

In any case, I'd hope that whoever wins gives it to someone who is active, instead of it going to waste like the poor epic model >.>

Well, if I win, I'll give it to someone who deserves it. Post count is one thing, but there are also people who doesn't really contribute to the making of Interstellar Marines, but have a high post count.

I'll probably end up asking the rest of you guys who should have it.

Well Siepher, there could be a few reasons for not contributing. Like they haven't got the money. Anyway if you win, i'm thinking that Dracogas should get it.
